Pin of the Week!

     At the end of every week I will post one pin that I think is the best pin I've seen on Pinterest. This week I think it is this Instagram hanging collage. I just love taking photos on Instagram and the Best Buy commercial about how your gift from the holidays inspired something great in the world gave me the thought of looking up ways to express your Instagram life with accessories in any room. My favorite part of the Best Buy commercial is when the mom talks about how her daughter used her new iPhone to take a bunch of Instagram pictures and then to print them out and post them all over her bedroom walls. I just think that having pictures that you've taken all over your walls is an awesome idea! So, I became inspired to see how to hang these photos so you could make them look whatever way you want in your own home. Out of all of the pins about hanging Instagram photos in a collage style (and there was definitely a lot of them) this one turned out to be my favorite.
     I'm sharing the photo that came with the pin and the link of the pin with all of you who read my blog because it's such a great idea, and you will hopefully get inspired by such a creative way of expressing your self and your photos, like I did. Enjoy!

YouTube and Other Exciting News

     So since I haven't really started making videos like I should with a YouTube account, I guess now would be the best time to start! About once a week I will have a new video up on YouTube (along with a follow-up post on my blog) so you should all subscribe to my account and watch the videos I will be posting in the future.      Now I know it's been about a year since I last posted (besides last night) so I've had a lot of time to have some experiences with the world wide web, hahaha! There have been many outbreaking websites that have surfaced since I last blogged, like, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, all that junk. My favorite website I have used since I last blogged has been Pinterest. I absolutely LOVE Pinterest! I think that I use it at least once every single day. Pinterest is a website where you can create an account and then pin and like everything you see on the internet to your "boards" on your account. I love it! Not only do you get to see all these amazing ideas for Fashion, Makeup, DIY Ideas, holiday gifts, pretty much anything you think of, but you also get to find out more about yourself! I have developed my own fashion sense with these boards and I have also been able to see what's trending and whats not in every single topic of the world. Pinterest is just an amazing website! I would say that everyone should have a Pinterest account (specifically every female out there).

     All you need to do in order to get an account is go to pinterest.com and use your e-mail address to sign up. Sometimes you may go on a list of people who have signed up to get an account, but you can still look at all of the "pins" people have made as links to their Pinterest accounts. Once your account is made you can start going pin happy! You can also follow and invite your friends to your account on the website if you would like. I suggest that you follow me, as well. Of to the right side of my blog underneath my profile is a picture link that says "follow me on Pinterest" you can click that, or you could also just search for rachied10 in the search bar on pinterest.com. I'm Back!

So I have decided to come back to Blogspot and to blog some more. This time I plan on having the blog be even more personal. I am changing the theme from random favorites ( if you want to call it that) to whatever I feel like (fashion, makeup, hair, photography, books, movies, websites, video games, DIY, etc). Pretty much whatever I want to share that I think needs to be shared out with the world.
